Where possible, we show delivery dates on checkout. If you cannot locate your delivery ETA on the checkout page or in your confirmation emails, please see our dispatch and delivery policy below:

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, for delivery the next working day.

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or the day before bank holidays will be dispatched first thing the next working day.

We use DPD for all of our deliveries. They provide a fully tracked service. At this time, we can only deliver to UK mainland addresses, some exclusions may apply.

We deliver to most mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

At the present time we're unable to deliver our beanbags to Northern Ireland. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All of our beanbags are dispatched from our warehouse in North Wales. We do not dispatch orders from overseas or from third party warehouses. We pick, pack and dispatch all of our beanbags ourselves.
Yes! We're committed to supporting local workers and UK suppliers. All of the beanbags we stock are made in the UK.

We accept a range of payment methods, including all major credit and debit card.

We also accept PayPal, along with Clearpay and Klarna (subject to approval.)

We accept returns in line with consumer law. You're welcome to return any beanbag purchased from us at your own cost, within 30 days of receiving it - no questions asked. The beanbag must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out to you in.
